Fabulous Pink Old Hollywood Regency style house built in 1968. Think Valley of The Dolls, Jayne Mansfield!
4 bedroom 3.25 bath (includes dressing room with 2 rolling racks for hair/makeup/styling). Outside there are amazing hedges, rectangular pool and a lion fountain. The living room includes a large grey/white stone gas fireplace and a wet bar. Vintage table/chair set. Large gold veined mirrored walls. Chandeliers and crystal nobs throughout the home and 2 jack and jill bathrooms, one with funky mylar foiled wallpaper. The master bedroom has a sunken tub with pink circular sheer curtain surrounding it.
I have random vintage props throughout. Some vintage playboys, vintage dishes, oversized pink bear stuffed animals, an amazing pink fringe patio umbrella, pink bathroom vanity props, vintage pink marabou robe, martini glasses, pink pill bottles, pink faux fur rug, small playboy neon light, pink inflatable flamingos in the pool.
The garage has 2 motorcycles. One 2014 Triumph Bonneville and one 1977 Harley Ironhead Chopper. Also a 1968 playboy pink mustang convertible is available for an additional fee.
Neighbors could be open to renting their yards out for extra catering/production space. To be discussed further if needed.
You may want to bring additional ambient lights for hair/makeup. When the sun gets lower, the light may not be sufficient in the rooms.
Rules: Must wear booties in house except for talent during the shot
Must bring Ram Board if rolling any heavy video equipment through the house.
