The Farm is an excellent stage for your next filming project. Major motion picture, television and commercial companies shoot on the ranch — which is all within the “30 mile zone.” The main house (available on a very limited basis) includes a large country kitchen, dining room, family room and sitting area — and the grounds are lush, with exquisite gardens and landscaping. There are also two guest houses, a shed, large pond, a pool, horse trails leading to panoramic vistas, and a year-round stream.
The rate that is shown is based on a still photo shoot, shooting exteriors only with a crew/talent size of 15 or less with a minimum 10 hour day. Additional fees include Site Rep at $600 and property manager at $750.
A motorhome is suggested for staging, but if available, the guest house may be used for an additional fee
