Beautiful Mediterranean home in the hills with breathtaking views. Limited restrictions on days or hours for filming and we have plenty of parking in the motor court, front lot, long driveway and unregulated parking along the street.
Minimum rate shown is based on a non-commercial crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day for still photo shoots.
We are film friendly and flexible, but depending on the total hours, crew/talent size, larger impact shoots may increase the day rates from what is listed on the site.
