Situated on one of the best walk streets in Venice, this house is 50 feet from the sand. There is a brand new ancillary building that has a guest house/media room and roof top deck with views from the beach to downtown. The large garage is a perfect staging area. There is a giant parking lot on the beach two blocks from the house for overflow parking.
