A private, two-story home with an open floor plan that is production friendly. Large rooms with high ceilings and recessed lighting allow you to easily customize the house for your needs. Or, use it as is, with its warm, mid-century style.
Four bedrooms, generous common living area with 15’ ceilings in about half of the house. Dramatic staircase, fireplace and a usable two-car garage for production purposes.
Garage can be used for staging. Easy front door entry access and garage entry access to house.
